Locality
Fairholme apartments
overlook the azure waterways
between Forster and Tuncurry.
Located only three-and-ahalf
hours north of Sydney,
it is the perfect escape for a
weekend away or a leisurely
break over a week or two. It's
a popular facility as it is close
to shops and restaurants, and
is a perfect spot for fishermen
and sight-seers. Fishermen
have a choice of river, deepsea,
lake or beach fishing.
Alternatively, you can hire a
tinny and explore the clear
waters and oyster leases of
Wallis Lake.
Dolphin cruises, sail-boarding
and scuba-diving are among
the activities that attract
large numbers of holiday
visitors to the area, and the
town's own ocean beach is
well renowned for its quality.
The Booti Booti National
Park is just south of the
town. There is a plethora
of attractions and activities
nearby including quality golf
courses, two fun parks, lawn
bowls, ten-pin bowling, great
restaurants, a car museum,
art galleries, horse-riding
trails, Australia's only Amish
